Shipping policy

Standard Delivery (Small Items): These deliveries are charged at £5.50 currently (Northern Ireland/Isle of Man/Isle of Wight/Scottish Highlands & Islands £14.95) for single items and £9.50 (Northern Ireland/Isle of Man/Isle of Wight/Scottish Highlands & Islands £18.95) for multiple items of the same or different product codes. These are despatched with a selection of couriers available to us including DPD and UPS. At the current time your order will take an estimated 2-3 days to despatch, although we will endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible.

Standard+ Delivery (Medium Items): These are charged at £9.95 (Northern Ireland/Isle of Man/Isle of Wight/Scottish Highlands & Islands £17.95) for single items and £13.50 (Northern Ireland/Isle of Man/Isle of Wight/Scottish Highlands & Islands £21.95) for multiple items of the same or different product codes. This is specifically for items which are oversized or fragile which will result in an additional handling charge. At the current time your order will take an estimated 2-3 days to despatch. These will still be delivered next day with DPD or UPS.

2 Man Delivery (Large Items): Certain products require a 2 man delivery service due to the nature of the product or size of the product. This has a lead time of approximately 2 weeks. Pricing for this is based on the CBM (cubic metres) of the goods. The current prices are:

Under 0.5 CBM: £45
0.5 - 1 CBM: £60
1 - 1.5 CBM: £85
1.5 - 2 CBM: £110
2 CBM+: Anything over 2 CBM will require a quote and will have £0.00 as a shipping rate. We will contact you with a quote asap.

Please Note:
We indicate in our feed which delivery size that product would be. Size is the main importance in calculating the delivery size however we also take into account the fragility/bulkiness of an item, it's materials and more. It maybe that an item is small in size but it's fragility requires a specialist delivery. Examples of these is mirrors and clocks with a high percentage of glass. we reserve the right to make changes to the delivery size where required without notice.
