A Summer Day at Oakhill: The View Interiors at the Crafty Vintage Festival
On Saturday 14th June, The View Interiors joined a vibrant line-up of talented makers, vintage traders, and creatives at the Crafty Vintage Oakhill Summer Festival – a wonderfully curated event full of character, charm, and community. Held in the beautiful grounds of Oakhill School in Whalley, this event brought together artisan stalls, live entertainment, street food, and family-friendly fun.
We were delighted to showcase a carefully curated selection of our timeless home decor pieces. From St. Eval pillar candles and pillar plates to the ever-popular Darcy vase with stems, our stand offered something for every interior lover looking to bring calm, style, and warmth into their home.
Bringing The View to Life
Our stall featured a mix of bestsellers and seasonal favourites:

Darcy Vase with White Hydrangea Stems – A classic arrangement that drew admiring glances throughout the day.

Fox Cub & Co Scents – With beautiful packaging and divine fragrances like Oakmoss & White Amber, these diffusers and candles were a festival favourite.

Textured and Rustic Decor – From faux greenery and terracotta pots to chopping boards and throws, every piece was chosen to reflect our love of layering natural tones and textures.
Each product was thoughtfully displayed using reclaimed wooden crates, baskets, and neutral fabrics to mirror the understated elegance our customers have come to expect from The View Interiors.
Supporting Small & Shopping Local
Crafty Vintage festivals are known for their celebration of independent businesses, making it the perfect space to meet fellow creatives, chat with customers, and share the story behind our collections. The atmosphere was buzzing all day long, with live acoustic music, artisan street food and families enjoying the sunshine – it was everything a summer fair should be.
