Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Please can I add to my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't left us. Please email info@theviewinteriors.co.uk and provide us with your order number and the address used to place the order. Please also attach the items you would like adding to your order, we can then send you a payment link for the additional items.
2. I have made a mistake with my delivery address, please can I change it?
Please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct this before the order is dispatched from us. Email info@theviewinteriors.co.uk.
3. Pre-order Items
Occasionally we will release items on a pre-order basis, we will usually offer this when the goods are on their way to us. When you pre-order an item, please try and order this separately as we will hold your order until all items can be sent out together.
4. Do you deliver outside the UK?
Unfortunately at the moment we're only able to deliver items inside the UK.
5. What payment method do you accept?
All prices are in British Pounds Sterling.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note, we do not accept payments via cheque.
6. Do you offer discount codes?
Occasionally we do offer discount codes, if you subscribe to our newsletter we will email you the latest active discounts.
7. I have forgotten my discount code
Unfortunately when you have placed the order we are unable to refund the discount. However, we will honour the discount in your next order if you email info@theviewinteriors.co.uk we will issue you a new discount code for your next order.
